So what’s behind this secret?
We use only “Hallmark” Durum wheat to make our pasta.

Hallmark is a variety of Durum wheat that is can be grown in Ontario as well as other Durum growing regions in western Canada and USA. Its unique genetic profile is responsible for the desirable traits found in the Hallmark pasta by Generations Choice. Hallmark Pasta is the only pasta eligible for the Foodland Ontario logo and is under trademark, owned and managed by Generations Choice, a sister company of C&M Seeds.

Hallmark Pasta is available as dry pasta, in the whole grain format. Currently inventory is in the form of spaghetti, but can be processed into all other types of pasta as requested. Bulk flour is also available for making fresh pasta.
